2: Reduce oil viscosity

Too high temperature of injection molding machine will lead to viscosity reduction, oil leakage increase, pumping efficiency and overall system efficiency. When the strength of the oil decreases, the oil film of the bone valve and other moving parts becomes thinner and cut off, and the friction resistance increases, resulting in increased wear.

3: Deform the rubber sealing ring

If the temperature of the injection molding machine is too high, the rubber seal will deform, accelerate aging failure, reduce the sealing performance and service life, leading to leakage.

4: Accelerated oil oxidation
